Crafting the Enterprise Vision
Maersk built the Hub around ocean, which matches the org chart and not how anyone works. I redrew the portal around what a logistics manager, a transport partner and a vendor each sign in to do, and answered the same four problems on the mobile app that shipped.
Zero-to-Scale Acquisition
A commercial photography studio was nearly invisible online, under 100 daily impressions and fewer than 8 clicks. Its website failed to capture attention, traffic, or leads, leaving its potential untapped.
“Flea Market” Design System
Maersk's supply chain platform was fragmented: 20+ applications, 260+ developers, and no shared UI standards. Designers struggled with inconsistent patterns and inefficient workflows.
The Engine Behind This Site
A portfolio that sits still is a brochure. I wanted a system I could run: one that keeps the work organized, does the research and the reporting on its own, and holds to a standard I would defend in a review. That meant building production software, and I am a designer who does not hand-write code.
