- Grew a photography studio's site from under 100 to 5,003+ daily search impressions in about six months: 4,576% growth and 511K+ impressions in total
- Built a clear, intent-driven content structure and conversion-focused UX that reached Top-5 organic rankings for high-intent commercial queries
- Designed and shipped hossam.dk, a live Next.js and TypeScript platform with a private control room behind it, using AI-assisted development from first sketch to running in production

- Led UX discovery for 'The Hub,' turning business goals into a validated structure that brought 14 separate legacy tools into one live supply-chain dashboard
- Designed real-time container-visibility and cross-team insight features that became core to the platform
- Helped build and maintain the 'Flea Market' design system as part of a 12-person UX task force, with atomic Figma components and curated 'Page Recipes' used across 20+ products by 260+ developers
